The new Rio 209 Primer is your best choice for broad compatibility and unmatched performance. Designed to work with the majority of existing powders on the market, the Rio 209 Primer is perfectly calibrated to reach maximum results when used with the our CSB or PSB powders.
Our type 209/G-600 primers are packed into trays of 100, and then packaged ten trays to a box to equal 1,000 per box. Five boxes, totaling 5,000 primers, are then packaged into a case.
Quality control starts with inspection of the raw materials and continues with the electronic control during the assembly of the primer from its primary parts. The finished product is then tested for sensitivity, power, flame geometry and temperature, pressure and time curve. Finally, consistency of these parameters to verified and maintained.
To achieve maximum performance, primers should be paired with powders of suitable characteristics. This way the ignition flame and its temperature will allow the powder to burn progressively and uniformly. |
